Juventus say that they contacted the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) after hearing of Nicolo Zaniolo's alleged involvement in a betting scandal.

Fagioli is under investigation by prosecutors in Turin over alleged bets on an unauthorised gambling platform.
Fagioli has already been questioned by the FIGC about the matter and his lawyers say that the 22-year-old reported himself to the governing body.

Fagioli was the first Italy player to be implicated in the scandal, but Sandro Tonali and Nicolo Zaniolo have now also been revealed to be under investigation.
The duo were sent home from the national team after being interviewed by police and all three face possible suspensions of around three years if they are found guilty.
WHAT THEY SAID
Juve have ended their silence about the matter, posting a statement on Friday that read: "Regarding what was has been reported by several media outlets, Juventus FC specifies that as soon as it received news of the possible involvement of player Nicolo Fagioli in the matter of betting, it immediately and promptly contacted the FIGC Federal Prosecutor's Office."
