da realbet： According to The Times, Tottenham Hotspur have made an offer to sign Barcelona attacker Philippe Coutinho on loan for the 2019-20 campaign.
Coutinho moved to Spain from Liverpool in January 2018 but has struggled to make his mark for the Catalan giants.
The Brazil international has contributed a respectable 21 goals and 11 assists in 76 appearances for Barcelona but he struggled to make his mark last season – netting just five times in 34 La Liga matches.

And according to The Times, Spurs have made an offer to sign the South American on loan for the 2019-20 season, which is likely to cost the London club in the region of £21m if it goes through.
